Watersports
With sea on three sides, Wales is blessed with lots of water which means there’s a whole host of things to do whilst getting wet. If it’s diving you want, there’s a superb range of dive sites from offshore islands, wrecks and marine nature reserves. We have some of the best surf breaks in the UK and the sea also provides a playground for great sailing, kayaking and coasteering a wild combination of scrambling, climbing, traversing, cliff jumping and swimming that was first invented in Pembrokeshire. If it’s inland water you want why not try white water rafting in one of our mountain rivers or canoeing along a tranquil lake.
