To register you must meet the following criteria:-
• Operate a quality Wales product
• Have current Public Liability Insurance (including any third party suppliers)
• Have relevant insurance if any vehicles are used to transport clients.
• Have the relevant bonding/insurance/other measures to protect customers and are compliant with Package Travel Regulations if applicable.
Conferences & Meeting Venues
If you have a meeting / event facility in Wales you can be listed on our meeting venue search.
Type of venues include:-
Attraction; Academic Venue; Castles / historic houses / country retreats; Conference / exhibition centre; Entertainment / pub / restaurant; Hotel & other accommodation; Health farm / resort / spa
Sport & leisure venue; Town halls & civic buildings; Theatres & arts centres; Unusual venues.

To register you must meet the following criteria:-
Venues with Accommodation:
• Visit Wales or AA Star graded. More details on accommodation grading
• Have a sustainable business event product
• It is advised that you also become an accredited venue within the Accreditation in Meetings (AIM) Standard. More details on the AIM scheme www.mia-uk.org
• You will be asked to complete an “Accessible Venues” questionnaire designed to assist people with mobility, visual and hearing impairments.
Venues without Accommodation:
• No pre grading necessary, however, you need to have a sustainable business event product.
• It is advised that you also become an accredited venue within the Accreditation in Meetings (AIM) Standard. www.mia-uk.org
• You will be asked to complete an “Accessible Venues” questionnaire.
